What to include in a report.
A connection or camera-control issue is fastest to diagnose with a few details up front:
- The iOS version on your iPhone.
- The Nikon ZR's firmware version.
- Whether the ZR was connected over USB-C or its Wi-Fi access point.
- What you did, step by step.
- What you expected to happen, versus what happened.
